All technical parameters meet international export standards and North American market requirements, with the shipment scheduled for packing and dispatch in the coming days.
The inspection covered core parameters including thickness uniformity, initial tack, holding power, surface smoothness, release liner peel force, and print coating performance. OSIGN's QC team conducted batch-by-batch sampling to ensure the vinyl surface is free of fish eyes, creases, and coating defects; that adhesive application is uniform and consistent; and that the backing paper peels smoothly - delivering reliable print quality for applications ranging from wide-format graphics and cut vinyl to vehicle wraps.
