All production batches have passed quality acceptance and are scheduled for packing and shipment to the West African market in the coming days.
The inspection covered core parameters including grammage uniformity, warp and weft tensile strength, surface smoothness, water and mildew resistance, and width tolerance. OSIGN's QC team conducted batch-by-batch sampling to ensure the fabric is free of broken yarns, coating defects, stains, and creases; that substrate thickness meets specifications consistently; and that the PVC coating is uniform and dense - delivering reliable performance for large-format outdoor printing and long-term display applications.
"Flex banner is the most essential substrate for outdoor advertising, and its durability directly determines how long an advertising graphic lasts," said an OSIGN QC department representative. "Nigeria's climate features high temperatures, high humidity, and strong UV radiation, which place higher demands on material weatherability, tear resistance, and mildew resistance. We've optimized our quality control standards for West African conditions to ensure every roll we deliver performs reliably and maintains graphic integrity over time."
