Coroplast

A: Coroplast signs that are placed outside are exposed to weather elements which can affect their lifespan. On average, Coroplast signs can last anywhere from six months to two years depending on the conditions they're exposed to.

A: Waterproof: Completely waterproof, Coroplast remains intact and functional in wet conditions, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

A: One effective method is to apply a waterproof sealant or coating over the surface of the sign, creating a barrier against moisture. This will prevent water from seeping into the Coroplast material, which can cause warping or damage over time.

A: Coroplast is a durable plastic material that has corrugated edges. It closely resembles corrugated cardboard but is way more robust. Due to its plastic construction, it's the perfect choice for outdoor signage as it won't warp or disintegrate as cardboard would if it were to get wet or damp.

A: Firstly, place nuts or metal strips in the equipment, vibrate at high speed to embed the metal directly into the coroplast boards, melt the plastic at the same time, and complete the embedding after solidification.

A: Coroplast folds easily like corrugated cardboard. I used a Dremel with a sheet rock cutting tool to slice one side of the Coroplast for easier folding. Standard Coroplast is not UV resistant, so painting or some other method of protection from the sun will be necessary if used outdoors for more than one season.
