All batches of products passed quality acceptance and are set to be packed and shipped to the West African market.
This quality inspection covered the full set of materials for the roll-up banners, including the weight uniformity, surface flatness, ink adhesion, and water resistance of the printed PVC banner fabric, as well as the dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and structural stability of the aluminum alloy rollers and base stands. Given the high-temperature, high-humidity climate of West Africa, we have specifically strengthened testing standards for mold resistance and edge curling prevention in the banner material, as well as rust prevention in metal components, to ensure the products remain in good condition even after long-term use in local environments."
